Payment
The monthly Association dues for Sierra Pointe Condominiums includes all utilities (gas, water, electrical and sewer) and other services such as trash removal, lawncare/grounds maintenance, snow removal, on-grounds security, alarm system monitoring and all common expenses. These assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are past due/delinquint after the 10th.
Payment by Mail
Sierra Pointe homeowners may mail monthly dues payments to Diversified Property Management, Attn: Accounting Dept., PO Box 62218, Colorado Springs, CO 80962-2218. Make all checks payable to “Sierra Pointe HOA” and list unit/property number(s) on the check. For information on billing, please call 719-314-4503 or 719-314-4505.
Automatic Payments through Diversified
Sierra Pointe homeowners may association dues using the automated clearing house (ACH) for monthly dues. Download, print the ACH Form and return the completed form along with a cancelled check to Diversified’s accounting department. Dues will be withdrawn from bank accounts between the 5th and 10th of the month. It’s a FREE service and there is never a late fee. Setting up ACH account usually takes 30 days. Online Payments
Sierra Pointe homeowners may pay association dues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online using e-Checks. Click on the “Online Payment” link below and set up an account. There is a $2 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor. Homeowners may also pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover—there is a $14.95 fee for payment by credit card that is charged by the 3rd party vendor. Please note:If you set up an Auto-pay eCheck payment, the fee is only $2 per transaction. There is a $14.95 transaction fee if you pay without creating an account.
